Community Impact

Making a difference in the world by helping local communities thrive is nothing new for MBW. We’ve been allocating a large part of our yearly revenue to causes and community efforts since we first opened our doors in 1981.  One of those causes is muscular dystrophy, which affects many lives around the world. When we learned it had impacted an MBW family, we chose to partner with the Muscular Dystrophy Association in the hopes we could help further research efforts that lead to finding a cure. In 2016, MBW created the Making a Better World initiative, a program to help families in need by organizing clothing drives and other events. It was so successful we extended our efforts to several nonprofit organizations like Strength in Support and CureDuchenne. Many of you helped us give back. Thank you for your support! Today, we are proud to partner with these organizations as they work to meet needs and improve lives for hundreds of individuals and families locally and nationwide:

Our Employees Matter

A company is only as good as its employees, and we have some extraordinary ones, many of whom have been with us since our inception. MBW is a second-generation company, and these employees have spanned both generations, spending over 30 years working hard and doing their best for us and our customers.

When you join MBW, you will be part of a huge team of parents, veterans, students, and more, all of whom work diligently to uphold MBW’s values. They stay because they know they matter. Come work for MBW and find out just how much you do, too.
