Ivy at College Park is a residential complex adjacent to the Chaffey College Chino Campus, built for students to live and study in while getting their education. We’re currently working on the decks and wanted to give an update on the project. We have completed the prep, waterproofing, and coating for 27 150-square foot decks thus far. All corridors were prepped and coated with TREMproof® 250GC and we used Enduro-Kote on the 2nd and 3rd-floor balconies. Check out the gallery for some before and after in-progress work!
