For this design-build project on campus at USC, MBW was responsible for the below-grade waterproofing and above grade air barriers. Specifically, we applied Cetco Ultraseal to wood lagging throughout the basement and tied it into Henry’s VPS160 which was installed behind all of the brick and stone to complete the building envelope. Our team displayed its resourcefulness and flexibility in helping Bernards to satisfy the school and deliver a watertight project to its students.
