Systems Source
Check out this beautiful white urethane coating that MBW installed at Systems Source!
This was accomplished by mechanically shot blasting to provide a clean and profiled floor. Joint, cracks, and spalls were then filled and patched with a semi rigid epoxy. Once the floor was re-cleaned, MBW installed the finished product that you see below.
What an incredible result!

A stunning concrete restoration project completed by MBW at Elite Associates in Brea, CA.
Bakerloo Salon
MBW recently completed a Concrete Polish job at the Bakerloo Salon in Carlsbad, CA. The building previously had wood flooring and the update really did wonders! The Polished Concrete gives a really refined and clean look, while still reflecting the young and modern vibe of the salon.

LDS Church in Aliso Viejo
MBW recently completed a caulking project at The Church of Latter Day Saints in Aliso Viejo, CA.
Caulking work can sometimes take our guys to staggering heights! The safety of everyone involved is always our primary consideration. MBW takes every step necesssary and then additional ones to keep those involved as safe as possible.
Rock Honda
MBW completed work at the Rock Honda Dealership in Fontana, CA. Our team helped spruce up the flooring by doing an epoxy coating, floor sealer, and a concrete polishing.
I’m not sure which one has more shine… the cars or the floor!
Seacrest Village
Mark Beamish Waterproofing’s San Diego branch completed a waterproofing job at the Seacrest Village Retirement Homes in Encinitas, CA.
Although you can’t physically see the extent of the work in a waterproofing job, the critical importance of claim-proofing buildings to withstand the destructive effects of moisture is a behind the scenes necessity. You won’t see any leaks in this building, it has the MBW seal!
Natural History Museum
Mark Beamish Waterproofing recently did concrete restoration work at the Natural History Museum in Los Angeles, CA. We are very proud to be apart of the upkeep and maintenance on such a historically rich landmark in Southern California. Our guy’s polished concrete that was around 100 years old and the result was breathtaking! We may be a little biased so don’t take our word for it, take a look for yourself!

Newport Beach Civic Center
Mark Beamish Waterproofing was contracted through CW Driver to perfom work on the Newport Beach Civic Center. We felt privileged to be part of a project of this caliber! For this project we installed waterproofing and drain board over the wood lagging.
The photos below show two MBW employees, Abraham Morales and Moises Garcia, moving up and down on the boom lift in order to detail each tie back/ nelson stud after we had already installed the waterproofing and drain board. The waterproofing material used was Cetco, and we purchased the product from Allied.
We thoroughly enjoyed working with CW Driver on this project, and we are very happy with the results!
