MBW prides itself in providing top customer satisfaction. Several new initiatives have been put into place in order to ensure that every aspect of our company is modeling this mantra. In October 2011 we started what we call our Customer CARE program. After every job that MBW completes the customer receives a follow up customer service call asking if they were satisfied with the work that was done, and if any improvements could have been made. We have found this to be an invaluable tool for connecting with our customers as well as challenging ourselves to make sure our customer service penetrates every channel of the MBW pipeline.

The Value of Safety
Mark Beamish Waterproofing’s Value of Safety
Glenn Gonsuron, Senior Loss Control Consultant for Aon Insurance directly communicates with Mark Beamish President, Adam Beamish, and Safety Manager, Dan Hennes, concerning MBW’s safety regulations.
In a recent interview, Glenn gave a testament of personal insight into the relationship with MBW and his positive experience thus far:
“MBW has a clear understanding of the value of safety, and how that affects the way business is executed in the long run. The responsiveness of the MBW management, when a proposition is specified, is in fact remarkable. They are constantly proactive about implementing the steps necessary to provide the best possible safety and security on their job sites.”
Glenn often participates in on site job safety evaluations for MBW. Walking onto each site, he provides feedback to Beamish Management regarding potential risks and gives recommendations on latent improvements that could be done. Glenn also provides the Beamish employees with training classes in order for the company to always be on top in regards to safety.
Mark Beamish Waterproofing will continue to cultivate the growing relationship between itself and Aon. This will continue to be reflected in its effort to emphasize the importance of safety in every aspect of the company’s work.

Elephant Odyssey Project at the World Famous San Diego Zoo
Mark Beamish was thrilled to help out on the Elephant Odyssey project at the World Famous San Diego Zoo. This job consisted of applying Aquafin’s IK/2K Waterproofing membrane to the entire concrete pools at the new Elephant Odyssey exhibit. It is a membrane that was applied to the short concrete pools and then covered by a textured coat. We completed just over 12,000 sq ft of Aquafin used for the Elephant Odyssey and the Jaguar pools. The work was completed for Cemrock Landscaping out of Tucson, Arizona and the project manager that we worked with was Tony Oliver.
