8 Steps to keep your Polished Concrete in Top Condition
MBW’s 8 Tips for Your New Floor
1. Do not wash for at least 48 hours on newly applied and cured floors.
2. After the 48-hour period, you may clean floor with warm water only ( no soaps or detergents…ever).
3. Wipe us all spills immediately with a damp cloth.
4. Use medium to soft bristle brush to remove any stubborn stains. Use mild scrubbing pads or clean mops only.
5. Use of a commercially available wax is not recommended.
6. More frequent cleaning results in a longer lasting shine.
7. Use of a “walk off” mat or rug at entries will reduce dirt build up at thresholds.
8. For professional cleaning or maintenance, contact MBW for a free, no-obligation inspection.

Using Epoxy for Concrete Cracks
MBW completes floors from Concrete polishing to Epoxy, but what you may not know is that Epoxy can be used for more than just a flooring solution. In fact, Epoxy is a great way to fill cracks that have been created in concrete. It is both natural and expected that concrete flatwork will crack over time, but MBW believes in the importance of upkeep and maintenance on those floors to keep them in tip top shape. Using Epoxy to fill those cracks is a fast and cost effective solution for keeping your floors looking great!
